Position Summary:
As our Content Specialist for missions education, you'll serve as the bridge between complex unreached people groups data and the hearts of believers worldwide. You'll take numbers, research, and field insights and transform them into compelling narratives that move the church from awareness to action. This isn't just content creation; it's mobilization through storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-form educational articles, blog posts, and resources that explain unreached people groups data with clarity and cultural sensitivity.
- Translate complex ethnographic and demographic information into accessible, compelling narratives that honor the dignity of every people group.
- Create missions education materials for diverse audiences, from first-time learners to seasoned mobilizers.
- Collaborate with field partners, researchers, and missions leaders to gather authentic stories and accurate information.
- Partner with the communications team to align content with organizational messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional long-form writing ability with a portfolio demonstrating educational or missions-related content.
- Deep passion for the Great Commission and reaching every people group with the gospel.
- Ability to research complex topics and distill them into clear, compelling narratives.
- Cultural sensitivity and commitment to honoring the dignity of all people groups.
