Introduction / History

The Welsh are a people of Celtic origin having many unique cultural practices, including the carving of 'love spoons' and the playing of the Celtic harp. They are very fond of their national sport -- Rugby football.
Most live in Wales, UK. with a small diaspora in Patagonia, Argentina and other countries.

What Are Their Lives Like?

The lives of the Welsh are generally more impoverished than those of their English cousins. However, a strong national identity prevents them from slipping into destitution.

What Are Their Beliefs?

Once a proud Evangelical nation, the Cymraeg Welsh have in recent times lost their faith to the wave of commercialism that has overtaken many Western countries.

What Are Their Needs?

The Cymraeg Welsh need a greater spiritual hunger and a willingness to obey the Lord's direction.

Prayer Points
