Introduction / History
Tai Thanh speakers live in a region with very small tribes. Tai Thanh is more of a language than a people group.
The Tai Thanh people live only in the northern provinces of Vietnam near the border with Laos.

Like the other people in this region, those who speak Tai Thanh earn their living by growing rice, vegetables, and raising livestock.
